Vietnamese Coffee Phin Filter

The Vietnamese Coffee Phin Filter is a traditional metal filter that is a cross between the V60 pour-over and French press and produces a deeply satisfying brew.

The Phin is used for making traditional Vietnamese coffee. It takes several minutes of dripping to yield a full cup. Once it does, stir and enjoy hot, or pour over ice.
